Ben Horton is an Australian DJ and producer now based in Amsterdam. He started out in the vibrant underground scene of Sydney, where he learned how to move a crowd with both rhythm and purpose.
Known for his carefully curated sets that blend groove-driven melodies, punchy percussion and deep basslines, Ben’s style is both dancefloor-focused and musically rich. His sets go beyond a simple collection of tracks, creating a journey that keeps the audience engaged and the energy high.
As a producer, Ben draws inspiration from the raw, rolling sounds of early tech house, blending that classic energy with a modern electro twist. His music is built on strong, infectious grooves designed to command dancefloors. His releases on respected labels such as Bass Jamz, YOI, Dionysus, Club Sweat and Dubnation continue to gain traction among tastemakers and DJs around the world. A release on PIV Club is also on the way.
Now living in Amsterdam, Ben is pushing his sound further, refining his production, exploring Europe’s rich dance music culture and building his presence both in the studio and behind the decks.
